Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and crumble into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, half the crumbled bacon, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, smoked paprika, half the BBQ sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place them on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Brush the tops with the remaining BBQ sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
While the meatloaves bake, boil the potatoes in a saucepan until tender. Drain, then mash with the milk, butter, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the mashed potatoes over each meatloaf. Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and return to the oven under the broiler for 2 minutes to lightly brown the topping.
