Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, half the diced mango, half the minced habanero, 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly blended but do not overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining brown sugar, the rest of the diced mango, and the remaining habanero to make the glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top and sides of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
