Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, half the dried cranberries, orange zest, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the orange juice, cranberry sauce, and remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar until smooth.
Spread half the glaze over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, spread the remaining glaze on top, and sprinkle with the rest of the dried cranberries. Return to the oven and bake 15 minutes more until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Let the meatloaf rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
