Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 8 cups of a standard muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Divide the turkey mixture among the prepared muffin cups. Shape each portion into a small mound. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap one half around the side of each muffin, securing the ends against the turkey mixture.
In a small bowl, stir together the baked beans and 2 tablespoons of the BBQ sauce. Spoon the mixture over the tops of the turkey muffins, keeping most of it centered inside the bacon edges.
Bake for 25 minutes. Brush the exposed bacon and meatloaf tops with the remaining BBQ sauce, then bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the turkey reaches 165°F in the center and the bacon is browned.
Let the muffins rest in the tin for 5 minutes before lifting them out. Spoon any beans that have fallen into the cups back over the tops when serving.
