Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini, grated carrot, chopped onion, rolled oats, milk, ketchup, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly blended.
Press the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
While the meatloaf bakes, make the cranberry sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the wild rice and toast for 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes until the rice is tender. Fluff with a fork and stir in the parsley.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the cranberry sauce over the top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve slices with the wild rice pilaf on the side.
