Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 1 inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
Stir in the garlic and remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute more.
Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the cannellini beans, baked meatballs, kale, and pasta. Simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta is tender and the kale has wilted.
Ladle into bowls and top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
