Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, 3 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce, panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the meatloaves with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the meatloaves bake, toss the broccoli florets with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt.
Spread the broccoli on a second baking sheet or add it to the oven during the last 12 minutes of baking. Roast until the edges are lightly browned and the stems are tender.
