Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, and black pepper. Mix gently until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Flatten each portion slightly, place one Swiss cheese cube in the center, and fold the meat around the cheese to fully enclose it. Shape into a small loaf.
Arrange the loaves on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and the cheese has melted inside.
