Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place the loaves on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from the oven and let the loaves rest for 5 minutes.
While the meatloafs bake, make the salsa. In a separate bowl, gently stir together the diced avocados, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and minced jalapeño.
Spoon the salsa over the meatloafs just before serving.
