Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chopped jalapeno, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place the loaves on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
While the meatloaves bake, prepare the salsa. In a separate bowl, gently stir together the diced avocados, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Spoon the fresh avocado salsa over each loaf before serving.
