Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, crushed pineapple, 2 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
While the meatloaf bakes, stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, and honey in a small bowl to make the glaze.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven, brush the glaze evenly over the top and sides, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Return to the oven and bake for 15 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
