Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, diced peaches, onion, 2 tablespoons whiskey, salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
While the meatloaf bakes, stir together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, remaining 1 tablespoon whiskey, cinnamon, cayenne, and smoked paprika in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until the sugar dissolves and the glaze thickens slightly.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread half the glaze over the top. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
