Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a small loaf.
Wrap two slices of bacon around each mini meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath. Place the wrapped loaves on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and the bacon is crisp.
While the meatloaves bake, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return the pasta to the pot.
Warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Divide the spaghetti among four plates. Top each portion with one bacon-wrapped meatloaf and spoon marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
