Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, half the breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, rosemary, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Brush half the glaze over the top and sides of the loaf.
Mix the remaining breadcrumbs with a pinch of the parsley and thyme, then press this mixture gently onto the top of the loaf to form a crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze and bake for 10 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
