Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining feta and olives over the top and press them lightly into the surface.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Cool completely, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap followed by foil for freezing.
