Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet or four compartments of a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, dried sage, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions. Flatten each portion into a disk, place 1/2 cup of prepared Stove Top Stuffing in the center, and fold the meat around the stuffing to seal it inside. Shape into small loaves or fit into the muffin tin.
Place the mini meatloafs on the prepared baking sheet or in the tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
While the meatloafs bake, stir together the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Remove the meatloafs from the oven, spoon the cranberry glaze over the top of each one, and return them to the oven for 10 more minutes until the glaze is set and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
